I guess this would be called the “dating meme”? I saw this on searabbit’s page (not work safe) and was obviously hooked by the first question.
What was the first movie you saw on a date?
Dreamscape (1984) in Westwood with Daniel. I almost said Heavy Metal (1981) with Diego, but our best friend came along so I’m not going to call that one a date.
Who was the first person you kissed on a date? [First name is fine.]
With tongue? Jack, not worth it.
To have sex? Some church parking lot in Ventura, ca.
Have you ever gone on a date with someone you met via the internet? If not, would you?
A few times. And I guess I’d do it again. There doesn’t seem to be too many options in the small town I currently live in.
What is the most romantic thing you have done on a first date?
Sadly, none stand out for me.
He wouldn’t consider it a date, but celebrating my birthday with Dane a few years back. First I got to pick anywhere I wanted to eat (I was in the mood for chili’s baby-back ribs). Then he took me to Barnes & Noble, where he told me to pick out anything I wanted as a gift (I got four books, two of which I made him pick out for me). And after that he took me to a dive bar in Malibu to listen to live music (we got drunk beyond belief and danced together to old rock covers). Everything seemed perfect that night.
