preview: interview (2007)

From writer/director/actor Steve Buscemi (Trees Lounge 1996) comes “a character driven movie that makes you ask questions.” To quote the man himself. Interview (2007), due for limited release July 13th, is about a war journalist that’s seen everything. Now, because of an argument with his editor, he’s being forced to interview America’s top soap opera actress kayta, played by Sienna Miller 
(Factory Girl 2006). The movie, which is based on a Dutch film of the same name, primarily takes place in a loft over the course of one night. And it seems to be getting a warm reception from critics and viewers alike. As a big fan of buscemi, this is going near the top of my “must see” list. Here’s the official website and the trailer…
