preview: 30 days of night (2007)

Due for release this October is a new vampire movie based on the Steve Niles graphic novel 30 Days of Night (2007) starring Josh Hartnett (The Black Dahlia 2006), Ben Foster (“Six Feet Under” 2003-2005) and Melissa George (“Alias” 2003-2005). What makes me excited about this new film is that its being brought to us from director David Slade, who shocked audiences (including me) with some interesting plot twists in his first movie Hard Candy (2005).
