preview: disturbia (2007)

Most people don’t realize this, but David Morse is in everything. Don’t believe me? Just follow the imdb link on his name. Anyway, I’ve been a fan sense his “St. Elsewhere” days and I’m looking forward to his latest performance in Disturbia (2007) due for wide release this week. This thriller is basically described as a Rear Window (1954) for the modern age. A teenage boy, Shia LaBeouf (Constantine 2005), under house arrest thinks he’s seen his neighbor commit murder. With the help of his friends, played by Aaron Yoo (Rocket Science 2007) and Sarah Roemer (The Grudge 2 2006), he hopes to get enough evidence to prove his theory. Also featured are Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix 1999) and Matt Craven (Deja Vu 2006), both great actors. I have to say I’m a little excited about this one.
